Lisa Lang is a passionate philanthropist and community leader, deeply committed to giving back and building stronger communities. As the Lead Ambassador for Impact100 Greater Sacramento’s Ambassador Committee, she plays a key role in expanding the organization’s reach and fostering its mission. In addition, she serves on the Membership Committee, and as an Advisor to the Next Gen committee.

Originally from East Chicago, Indiana, Lisa relocated to California over 30 years ago. After a successful 25-year career in the beauty industry, she found her true calling in marriage and family therapy, which she is currently pursuing through Arizona State University. Her commitment to service runs deep, as her two sons, Daryl and Jaylen, both served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Lisa’s husband, Curtis Lang, is a Sacramento native who served in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from UC Davis. He currently serves as the Deputy Appointments Secretary for Governor Gavin Newsom. Together, they have three adult children, including their daughter, Kennedy, who is a member of the NextGen committee.

Now, as a new Board Member at Large for Impact100 Greater Sacramento, Lisa continues to channel her leadership and passion into making a meaningful difference in her community.
