Applications open October 9th and close December 31st. Applicants will be notified between January 15th and January 30th, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicant must be at least 21 years of age and identify as a woman.
Applicant must live in Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, or El Dorado counties.
GUIDELINES
Currently, only full scholarships will be offered.
Scholarship recipients can be awarded full scholarships for a maximum of two years. The years do not have to be consecutive.
An applicant not awarded a scholarship may reapply in subsequent years. A recipient awarded a scholarship in year 1 who does not receive a scholarship in year 2, may reapply.
If a recipient is granted a scholarship for year 2, they will be encouraged to start a payment program for membership for year 3, beginning in March of year 2. A payment program for a third year of membership is not required.
Recipient must be able to participate as an active member in one focus group and attend at least two events during the scholarship year.

Scholarships are private and confidential and will be awarded at the discretion of the Review Committee.
