Fun Facts

What is the aspect about Impact100 you are most passionate about?
I love being part of an organization where women get sh*t done. I love all the focus areas, but mostly, I love that the organization just gets it done.

What is one thing we should know about you?
I can do a pull up in the gym. I can actually do 3, but they aren’t pretty. This was an unintentional consequence/reward/byproduct of working out with a trainer once a week to combat back arthritis.

If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My Grandmas – Marge and Erma (I could never just pick one of them.) I mean, I loved them growing up, but now I know how incredibly wise, kind, capable, loving, and all-around awesome they were.

What is your favorite restaurant?
Bistro Jeanty in Yountville. But if I were staying in Sac, we would end up at the Cerveceria at the Shack on Folsom Blvd.

What are your hobbies?
I have a one year old rescue puppy named Li’l Snoop. He’s the current love of my life (don’t tell my kids or husband). I walk him a lot. I love college football (University of Oklahoma), Kings basketball, tennis (playing and watching), cooking, drinking wine, running, yoga, Formula 1, and hanging out with my boys (they are 21 and 23). My husband and I love to travel. We have several “regular” trips each year including to the
Kentucky Derby, San Diego, and Paris (although we don’t get to go to Paris EVERY year!).

What is or are your favorite travel destination(s)?
Paris. Hands down. And then NYC. My oldest went to college in New York City and we still go back every Labor Day weekend to “move him in”, even though he has graduated and doesn’t live there anymore. Ha!

What is a place you haven’t traveled, but would love to visit?
I want to see the Northern Lights. I’m not sure where we are going to go to see them, but it’s high on the list.
