Put on your walking shoes, take a deep breath , be one with nature and make new friends. We all need a break from our daily responsibilities to improve our mental and physical health. This is your opportunity!
WHO: Impact100 members and guests
WHAT: One hour walk and lots of fresh air.
WHERE: Nimbus Flat State Recreation 1912 Hazel Avenue, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
WHEN: August 13, 2024, meet at 8:15 am and leave promptly at 8:30 am to beat the heat.
WHY: So we can get some exercise and build friendships!
OTHER DETAILS: Parking is $10 so please carpool. Let’s have a picnic afterwards. Pack a lunch, bring water toys and stay awhile if you can.
