Put on your walking shoes, take a deep breath , be one with nature and make new friends. We all need a break from our daily responsibilities to improve our mental and physical health. This is your opportunity! This walk will be at:
*Effie Yeaw Nature Center, 2850 San Lorenzo Way, Carmichael, CA (near Ancil Hoffman)
*Service Dogs ONLY, https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/ancil-hoffman-loop
*Meet at 8:15 am and leave promptly at 8:30 am to beat the heat.
*Walk approximately 1 hour
*Meet in the parking lot
*Afterwards, lets grab some breakfast at The Main Event Bar & Grill at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course
