A Note from our President:
I can’t wait to share some exciting news! Because of you, As of November 4, Impact100 Greater Sacramento surpassed its first 100 members and is building toward our second $100,000 grant! We were able to achieve this so quickly because of your passion and enthusiasm. Many of you invited your friends who are inviting their friends and our numbers are growing! Our goal is to include as many women as we can by February 28, 2023. The more women who get involved, the more grant money we can award to local nonprofits.
As I listen to the various chapters speak about the many organizations they have worked with, several important points resonate with me. The nonprofits who apply for the grants express that the process allows them to think bigger and more strategically about the work they do and the impact they have. In addition to the possibility of their project coming to fruition, they gain visibility and new supporters. In turn, our members learn about how to walk through the grant process. They discover nonprofits they never knew existed.
