We are proud to introduce you to another leader this month – our President, Sarina Paulson. It is a serious job for a woman who is serious about helping her community, and Sarina does it all with joy! A local gal, Sarina has a strong desire to give back to others and involved herself from a young age with organizations such as Loaves and Fishes and Sacramento Children’s Home.
Before taking the leadership reins as our President, Sarina attended Creighton University and thereafter performed graduate work at Sac State. Pivoting her studies from business to criminal justice, she hoped to work on behalf of missing and exploited children. Her path took her a different route, however, and she built a successful corporate career in retail, ending up in Texas. Not only did she garner the varied skills necessary to lead a group like Impact100, she also met her husband, Bryan!
Sarina and Bryan decided to move back to Sacramento and, in 2019, Sarina flexed her leadership muscle further by purchasing three local Willo Aveda Salons. Willo’s KCRA A-List status and Sacramento Magazine “Best Hair Salon” ratings attest to Sarina’s abilities to grow and transform businesses.
Sarina now has two young children, Kate and Carter. Kate, at 12, is an avid equestrian competing in the hunter/jumper category. Carter loves golf and recently finished in the top 5 players on the local U.S. Kids Tour. Although Sarina clearly has her hands full, she somehow makes being a full-time mom and full-time business owner look easy.
Thank you, Sarina for helping Impact100 Greater Sacramento to continually grow and transform the Greater Sacramento community.

If you could have an hour lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why? I would love to have lunch with Mother Teresa & Princess Diana.
