Dear members,
Our first membership drive closed on February 28 with a flurry of last-minute members joining us. When the final tallies were counted, we closed out our membership drive with a staggering 217 members! I am overwhelmed by this number. Initially our membership goal was 100! Then, we pushed to 200, thinking that was a lofty goal. Not only did we reach this, we EXCEEDED it! This will enable us to award TWO $100,000 grants and THREE $6,000 grants, making an immense difference to our local nonprofits and community. And each and every one of you is part of making this difference.
