We all need a break from our daily responsibilities to improve our mental and physical health.  This is your opportunity! \nWHO: Impact100 members and guests \nWHAT: One hour walk and lots of fresh air. \nWHERE: Nimbus Flat State Recreation 1912 Hazel Avenue\, Rancho Cordova\, CA 95670 \nWHEN: August 13\, 2024\, meet at 8:15 am and leave promptly at 8:30 am to beat the heat. \nWHY: So we can get some exercise and build friendships! \nOTHER DETAILS: Parking is $10 so please carpool.  Let’s have a picnic afterwards.  Pack a lunch\, bring water toys and stay awhile if you can.
