We all need a break from our daily responsibilities to improve our mental and physical health.  This is your opportunity!  This walk will be at: \n*Effie Yeaw Nature Center\, 2850 San Lorenzo Way\, Carmichael\, CA (near Ancil Hoffman) \n*Service Dogs ONLY\, https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/ancil-hoffman-loop \n*Meet at 8:15 am and leave promptly at 8:30 am to beat the heat. \n*Walk approximately 1 hour \n*Meet in the parking lot \n*Afterwards\, lets grab some breakfast at The Main Event Bar & Grill at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course \n
